Built for owner-led businesses
The best first project is usually one recurring bottleneck with a clear business cost — not a giant software overhaul.
Home services
Respond to leads faster, route requests, and keep follow-up moving.
Professional services
Turn intake, onboarding, and client updates into repeatable workflows.
Growing teams
Reduce admin work and make the process easier to run consistently.
The Framework
Habits are reliable solutions to recurring problems — reducing cognitive load so your mind can focus on what matters. Your business works the same way.
The Habit Loop → The Automation Loop
Cue → Trigger
A new lead arrives, a form is submitted, a payment processes
Craving → Business Need
This needs to be routed, someone needs to be notified, data needs updating
Response → Workflow
The automated sequence runs — routing, updating, notifying
Reward → Outcome
Client onboarded, lead captured, team informed — without anyone lifting a finger
The Recurring Problems
Every one of these is a recurring situation your business faces daily — and right now, you're relying on human memory and willpower instead of a system.
Your team manually enters the same data into multiple systems
5-10 hours/week in duplicate work
Leads go cold because follow-up depends on someone remembering
20-40% of leads never get contacted
Hours spent reconciling data between tools that don't talk to each other
Errors compound silently until they become crises
Client onboarding is different every time because there's no standard process
Inconsistent experience, longer ramp-up, dropped steps
Reports require manual assembly from multiple sources
Decision-making delayed by data gathering
The same operational fires keep recurring, week after week
Your best people spend their time firefighting, not building
"You know these are costing you time and money. You just haven't had the bandwidth to build the systems that fix them."
About Tim
TWG Consulting Inc. has been my company since 2004, and I have been building and running small businesses since 2007 — managing clients, complex workflows, team coordination, marketing, and financial operations. I learned to build systems that worked without an army of staff.
Every automation I've built started the same way: a recurring problem that was eating my team's time. I documented the process, identified the pattern, and built a system that handled it automatically — reliably, every time, without anyone having to remember.
Now I do the same thing for other companies. The work spans lead generation, CRM and processor integrations, AI-assisted workflows, and voice-intake systems. Not because technology is the point — because I understand the operational pain that makes it necessary.
"I build reliable solutions to recurring problems."
Approach
Document the problem. Find the pattern. Build the system. Eliminate it permanently.
Philosophy
The best automation, like the best habit, becomes invisible. You forget it's running. That's when you know it's working.
Background
TWG Consulting Inc. founded 2004. Running small businesses since 2007. Every system I build for clients starts with understanding the work it must support.
Typical Outcomes
Examples from the kinds of workflows these systems are designed to improve; results vary by business and starting point.

The Process
I audit your operations the way a doctor examines a patient — looking for the recurring pain points that are consuming your team's energy. We identify what to automate and what to eliminate entirely.
I map the logic — triggers, conditions, actions, outcomes. Every automation is documented before it's built, so you understand exactly what's happening and why.
I build, test, and deploy the systems. Your team is trained. Documentation is complete. The automations run 24/7 — reliably, invisibly, permanently.
